- Deck Profiles & Tags: When you create decks on the Site, we store your deck profiles, the tags you assign, and related metadata so you can save, revisit and analyze your decks.
- Cookies / Analytics: We do not collect personal or marketing data. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect aggregated usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is used for advertising or sold to third parties.
- No Third-Party Advertising Data: We do not collect or share user data with advertisers or use it for targeted marketing.
3. Purpose of Data Use
Your information is used for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your account and enable secure access to your decks and tags.
- To store, retrieve and allow editing of your deck profiles and associated tags.
- To improve the Site via aggregated analytics (via Google Analytics) and performance metrics—these are anonymized and cannot identify you personally.
- To respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues and maintain the Site's operations.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- We do not sell your personal or deck data to any third parties.
- We may share aggregated and anonymized statistics (which cannot identify you) to improve features and inform development decisions.
- Google Analytics may collect usage data via cookies, but this is aggregated and anonymized, and does not identify you.

- Your authentication and deck-data are stored on secure backend services (e.g., AWS Cognito, AWS DynamoDB) and protected via industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
- We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. If you delete your account, your personal identifiers and deck data will be removed (subject to any legal obligations).
- While we strive for strong security, no system is completely immune to risk and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. User Rights & Consent
- By using the Site and creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in this policy.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting support at tcgcalc@gmail.com. Doing so may limit or disable certain features of the Site (e.g., saving deck profiles or persistent tags).
- You have the right to access, update or delete your account information and associated deck data (subject to technical constraints).
- You may opt out of analytics tracking by disabling cookies in your browser settings; however, this may limit usage of some Site features.
